Step 1: 15 Minute Intro

Sign up and schedule a free 15 minute introduction and fitness assessment! This will help us understand what your skill level is, learn about your goals, and share about our gym!

Step 2: Try it!

Anytime after the 15 minute intro, come in and try out 3 free classes! (If you'd like - come to your intro in workout clothes and jump right in after!) You'll get you get to know our community and we'll customize class movements for your skill level!

Step 3: You Decide!

You try out 3 classes for free - no risk, no pressure! We'll check in with you to see if you want to stick around! We also offer free personalized fundamental sessions to get you up to speed!
