Step 1: Assessment

Sign up and one of our coaches will be in touch with you to do a free fitness assessment! This will help us understand what your skill level is, and learn about your goals!

Step 2: Try it!

We'll get work to get you into classes and getting to know our community! Based on your assessment, we offer free personal sessions to get you up to speed, and/or we'll modify the class movements for your skill level!

Step 3: You Decide!

You try out two weeks of our classes for free - no risk, no pressure! We'll check in with you to see if you want to stick around!
